Brand New Monport Reno65 Pro 65W CO2 Laser Engraver (24"×16") | Built-In Water Cooling, DSP Controller, Magnetic Assisted Focus

The machine came with a broken laser tube. I put in several tickets with photos andI got zero support. Not a phone call, email, or any support whatsoever. I had to purchase a new tube for $300.00 and install it myself in order to get the machine working. While I like the engraver I dont recommend it to people because of the lack of support! as much as I like the engraver I would never buy another monport.

I really like my 65pro! Engraves delicate designs while cuts like a table saw! I did have to get the water chiller to keep the tube cool.
