Ordered a custom Seiko GMT mod from Andrew and when I received it the movement did not work. Notified Andrew and he responded immediately ready to remedy the issue which was great to hear. Well this is just the beginning..This was a Xmas present for someone and I knew by the time I would receive the watch back that it would probably not be in time. Well Andrew saved the day and immediately sent me a replacement watch the NEXT DAY. Absolute legend. Talk about customer service. Thank you again Andrew!!!
