I thought i had bought a sim card that worked outside wi fi areas as i need to use the map when walking around but it only wirks when i am i a wi fi area.

Connection issues at first, but fastly resolved by CS

I bought an eSIM for the USA 3 weeks prior to my vacation. After arriving, no push notification for activating. I emailed Customer Service and a couple of hours later they helped me fixing the problem. I was very frustrated, but they remained very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and reuse when needed 👌🏻 Also, best price on the market for unlimited data for 30 days. Always 5G. Great 👌🏻
