We love the nice sleek look of the mailbox. Customer service was the best. We are loving how it fits well with out new sidings (hardie board) of the house. We had issue with the 1st one they sent. I could not open or close it @ all. I sent a video of the issue. Customer service replied n sent me another working mailbox. My family and I love the mailbox.
