Gard Pro Health Smartwatch 2+

Absolutely love it. It also connects to my apps through Health Connect. Battery lasts long, accurate tracking and has quite a number of features which was surprising considering the price I paid!! It did take a bit of time for it to arrive but it is such a great device!

I've honestly found the set up for this watch decently easy. Haven't used it yet to it's full capabilities, just mainly to monitor my heart rate when I can as well as for easy access to the time.

Im now a trendy eighty three year old male and can monitor my BP and heart rate while out walking following a recent heart inflammation (Myocarditis). In recovery its important not to overstress and its reassuring to be able to monitor my perameters.
