Gard Pro Ultra 2+

Bought for my son a birthday present, he wanted it for using while coaching rugby. Is very happy with it's functions seems perfect for him.

Step count registering approx10% of steps taken , and not accumulated for the day.. Appears un fit for purpose . Also surprised to see the product was sent from china .. not aware prior to payment

Needed a device to monitor various health functions, looked at many and kept coming back to the Gard Pro 2+, it just seemed too good not to take up the reduced price offer, ordered o e and it arrived 6 days later with full tracking updates provided, very pleased initially with everything and then after 3 days it just froze, tried everything to get it to work but it just would not play ball. Customer service was great, very understanding and helpful, after several attempts with prompts from them it was agreed that the watched had died, that said a new replacement watch was ordered and delivered again on time and after a weeks worth of use, I must say I’m thrilled with the watch, the app is easy to use and the power usage is better than stated, it looks great and is very accurate across the board, I’ve always said that failures can happen, it’s how you deal with them is what really matters, Gard Pro have been great and I would highly recommend them and the GardPro 2+
