A bit off the mark

Forza is one of the best blends I've ever had. That said, quality control has been a little off in my last few bags. Half were excellent, half have had poor roast and size consistency, and have been a little over-roasted.

Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel coffee beans

was enjoyed, but its favor inspired experimentation to which we added eggnog instead of milk to give it a little flavored texture.👍

This is the winner. I’ve been trying out espresso beans from several well known roasters, ordering fresh beans online , hand grinding at home and making espresso in my lever machine. This is hands down my favorite. This has that traditional medium-dark roast without tasting bitter. Chocolate and nutty tasting notes are spot on. Many of the current popular brands have that under roasted sourness that I don’t enjoy. Not this Forza blend . Absolutely perfect for a smooth traditional espresso with or without milk. I’m getting great texture and crema with it.
