Never received my order, customer services have ignored me

I was notified of delivery but the parcel is nowhere to be seen. Contacted customer services and they told me to check with my neighbours. I have 1 and did so, still no sight of the parcel. I responded and they closed the ticket. I raised another one, never got a reply and it was followed by a rate your customer service experience email even though noone had replied. I'm utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service and feel like Ordo have simply stolen my money.

So far so good kids love these brushes, would like to try the Sonic + for myself and husband

I like the design and the ability to recharge from a USB, however, I didn’t like the way the toothbrush stem vibrates and will be returning it.
