This is a brilliant toothbrush and a fantastic design. I bought the toothbrush and travel case for my son to take traveling across Mexico (which has very high temperatures, so it might have been the hot climate which caused this to happen) but after a few weeks the material coating of the toothbrush handle and travel case became very sticky and consequently every bit of dirt or dust got stuck to it and no matter how he tried, it would not wipe off. So he had to stop using it and buy a manual toothbrush. But I'm very pleased to say that Elliot from customer services was a Star, he took my complaint seriously and dealt with it immediately. I hope they look at this design fault and change the coating.

Ordered for my daughter as the orthodontist said her cleaning wasn’t thorough enough. Used alongside disclosing tablets and the difference is significant.
