Organic Sleepy Time

It taste good. As long as I use it before 45 minutes before I go to bed, it works great. I use it along with my lemon balm.

Husband is a shift worker and this is the only product that helps him to sleep during the day without feeling groggy upon waking. And the customer service at BB is absolutely amazing!

This really helps aide my sleep. Especially helpful for me because it helps calm me.
