I have ordered this item from Wallplate Warehouse several times. In the last shipment, a couple arrived warped. I contacted Wallplate Warehouse and they immediately sent out replacements (which were perfect). So I recommend this product and this company. 5 stars isn't about being perfect 100% of the time, but it's about being perfect the vast majority of the time and making things right on those rare occasions when something does go wrong.
