Miller ArcReach Stick/TIG Remote (301325)

Dead on arrival

Remote was hooked up to 3 different miller welders. Trailblazer EFI 330, 325, 400 big blue. Then tested by a miller cert repair rep who was told by Miller to bring it too. Also will not order from this site anymore. Complete silence and was ignored after I replied to an email asking me to verify machine compatibility. I then reached out a few more times only to be ignored. I finally got a hold of someone only to be told that they did receive the messages!!!?? Well! No reason as to why they didn’t reply to them. I asked is there an estimated date as to when I can expect a ship date. No we don’t know it’s being dropped shipped by Miller and it maybe could be shipped out on 19th. Horrible experience. We run 7 machines and I will not buy or recommend this site. IOC. Oh still waiting on new machine after the service rep had to pull teeth for miller to replace dead remote. $1800+ so far down the drain. Been a month still no remote
