Weldtec I-Head 17 Series Air Cooled Ball-Joint Tig Torch (WTB-17)

Very unique torch. Wasn't sure if I would like it and was (am) worried about the long term longevity of the locking mechanism for the head or the joint itself but only time will tell. The super flex hose is awesome, though you will struggle to get the stock Miller rubber sleeve at the block over the slightly bigger (might be the fact that this hose is crazy flexible and most are sort of stiff, hence easier to slip over it). Also, my aftermarket torch handles do not fit. I got a hex pattern one (can't remember the shop) bc it is thicker and less likely to make my hand cramp up. I also have a 3D printed one from an apprentice that works great for other torches, but not this one. For now I will wrap 550 cord over it until the desired thickness until I can figure something else out. The maneuverability of this type of head is amazing. Already on its maiden use I had an easier time welding in the rack between pipes that I would with my previous flex head.

Game changer

My apprentice had this rig and I borrowed it when mine got smoked . I’ll never use anything else after this hands down best torch I’ve ever used!!!! Only downside is the two week lead time for shipping. I’m considering buying another as a backup
