I have purchased Paradise hives for myself and recommended and purchased for friends and interested new beekeepers. The first two hives were located in Glenburn, Victoria and I noticed a significant improvement in the bees and the honey production. If you purchase the Paradise hive then make sure to paint the exterior to protect against sun damage.

I used the paradise hives in nz and found them excellent getting a colony through adverse winter conditions and again in Australia to help them through our hot summers. I have not had any bearding despite multiple mid 40 degree days in a row and my hive is strong with huge honey production.
