Comfy, good customer service

Customer service was good. Delivery went smoothly. Putting the couch together wasn’t the easiest but doable. I ended up not being able to get one of the connectors to screw in and customer service came up with an alternate solution. The couch is comfy and looks well constructed. As expected the couch cushions do flatten but since the cushions aren’t reversible or able to be rotated because of the zipper, the cushions require constant fluffing or the sit is uneven. The chaise cushion got noticeably flatter than the other cushions because it’s often laid on. The couch also easily looks disheveled after being sat on. All in all, happy with my purchase I just wish the cushions weren’t so high maintenance.

The Valicia couch is beautiful, finely crafted, and fits well in my space. It was relatively easy to assemble, but I wish the cushions were plush and a little bit more comfortable.

This is the sofa of my dreams. I’ve spent most of my adult life with second hand furniture, but this year intentionally put a new sofa on my vision board. I wanted to invest in something unique, modern yet comfortable and durable to survive two boys. This sofa is all of that and so much more! The fabric is silky smooth like a cloud. The pillows are incredibly comfortable(and fully nappable). The structure is stylish with such thoughtful details. While I did have to wait two months for delivery it was fully worth it, an investment my family will cherish for years to come.
