Not Brand New

Received my package and ready to open the item and realised that seal has already been broken with an exacto knife. Upon inspection of the fountain pen, you can tell it is not brand new. There is a long surface scratch on the lilac end where you move the piston up and down. Beautiful product but not too happy about the scratch.
