Pocket Hose Ballistic

I just purchased this pocket hose at the end of May up for$59.50 and it already sprung a leak. So it looks like I'm going to have to throw it away. So much for it being 5 times stronger than steel!! What am i supposed to do now? except throw it away?😔 This is the second pocket hose I purchased. The first one I purchased lasted 2 years with no issues except for the thumb nozzle that broke probably within the first 3 months. That was free... So they tell you. That hose sprung a leak into the second year but I figured after 2 years I got my money's worth. I do live in FLA after all and the sun is brutal down here. So I figured if I got 2 years out of the hose...worse things could have happened, like this last purchase I just made buying my second pocket hose. I paid $69.99 for a 50-ft hose. Ended up with thumb nozzle, the pivot thing and 3 gaskets...and it sprung a leak after 8 weeks🤦🏼‍♀️ Im hoping there is some kind of warranty!

I love this product, it’s my second one. The quality is unmatched in all the fittings and does not leak if put on properly. Highly recommended

Looks like you sent me a used product. Box was taped up and the hose was all knotted up and haphazard in the box. Not to mention there was some pulling on the outer casing.
