Never Received Product

I really can't give a review since I never received the product. Status says "Damaged, returned to vendor". Update: Customer Service replied immediately to this review and fixed the problem right away and I recieved teh product the very next day. I've not had an opportunity to use it yet - but I give it 4 starts based solely on the outstanding customer service.

I was skeptical about it working as I had tried 2 other brands, was pleasantly surprised it started working from the first use, I used it 3 days in a row let it sit over night and drain fly problems anymore.

I purchased two packets - I used the entire first packet’s contents on my the three drains in my basement. However, I still see a few flies - so I started the process again with 2nd packet. The first pack appeared to reduce the population, and I’m hoping the 2nd packet finishes the job.
