Dean Rancher Cowboy Hat

This is the second hat I've purchased in this style, and unfortunately, both arrived with what appeared to be signs of prior use and multiple flaws. I immediately sent photos to customer service each time. Instead of offering an exchange for the first damaged hat, I was required to return it and place a new order. By then, my size was out of stock, and I also had to pay additional shipping. When the second hat arrived, it was in even worse condition, with discoloration and several visible defects. For a hat that costs nearly $200, I expected much better quality control. Customer service has also been slow to respond, and after more than two weeks, my reward points still have not been restored. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I recommend purchasing in-store so you can inspect the hat before buying and avoid receiving a damaged or possibly used product.

I enjoyed my experience there with the girls adding all of the fun items to decorate my new hat, and I liked the quality of the hat as well.

Love this hat!!!! Fits great and price is very reasonable.
