My experience purchasing of our sauna has been from the very beginning an enjoyable process. Working with Angelle discussing our options trying to decide on the right sauna for our needs was fabulous, she was so responsive to my questions, her follow up was greatly appreciated. Post purchase experience has been just as good, Sal provided all the information we needed for a very smooth delivery process. We are looking forward to the upcoming install. Love my new home sauna

Overall a positive experience buying and setting up my Ally sauna. Customer serve was exceptional. They answered all my questions while I was deciding what to purchase. Once purchased the shipping department immediately reached out and coordinated a delivery time. The sauna arrived well packaged and didn’t have any missing parts. It definitely takes 2 strong adults to carry and assemble. The front wall is one piece and almost all glass (heavy!). Assembly was a bit challenging at times but in the end it came together perfectly. The smell of Red Cedar, LED lights, and bluetooth music make for a great sauna experience.
