Definitely size up!
I am 27" waist in pants and usually an M in Lou Swim but this one is tight and fitting quite small! Maybe I need to wear it higher on my hips which I am just not used to... But I won't give up on it! Love the top <3

Cute!
I love the ribbed material, I wish that it was a bit more high waisted and had a bit more give in the material but it fits well and does not lose shape once it gets wet. Plus it's super cute paired with the matching top!
