Right out of the box, one of the holders worked perfectly. The other companion holder was sticking on the first two times I opened and now it’s completely locked closed and won’t open. Using keys doesn’t help. Still not working. I texted Crazy Beaver a few minutes ago and waiting for a response. Now I have to wait longer to mount my Crazy Beaver shovel. Update: I just received a call from Crazy Beaver about 30 minutes after I posted the review above. Very courteous and helpful. Agreed to send me a new replacement set and a return shipping label for the defective one. Excellent customer service!
