Sea Salt Texturizing Hair Spray with Kelp

So love this sea salt spray! It doesn't leave the tacky stickiness on your hands after spraying and scrunching your hair. Also doesn't leave a crunchy feeling on your hair after applying. So I want to keep touching my hair after I spray this on!!
