Men's Incontinence Trunks - M67

I am not at all satisfied with this product, it absorbs the liquid but it does not isolate it from the body so my husband still has to deal with being wet and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this product.

Orykas is. better

Okyras hold more and doesn’t leak. They offer a second attachable & washable insert pad. I still use disposable pads in the Orykas for my person, and there is no leak at all for all day. At night I use disposable pullups

Did not work for me. In a very short time it seeped through my groin. Padding in front and back and none by the thighs and there is where it leaks right through. Disposable pullups last much more. The m-67 is much more comfortable, but did not work for me.
