For kid's room

My son's room is covered in Farrow & Ball's Dorset Cream. I needed to make wall repairs, to repaint, and to paint the white ceiling. I mixed a gallon of Gran Canaria and Caprock. They were a perfect match for Dorset Cream. I followed the application steps and had no problems when painting. The only two things that have been different from plastic-binder paints is there were more tiny drops on the floor near the wall after using a roller and the paint dried out my skin when coming in contact with it. Next time, I will put down a drop cloth near the walls and wear gloves; simple moves to make. I love how soft the walls look, the paint covered the white ceiling well, and I am happy about the lack of off-gassing and plastic. In addition, clean up of the cans and extra paint was easy. It is water soluble, so I just let my mixing bucket sit with water and I let the can dry out. After using Alkemis, I will never go back to plastic-binder paint for walls and ceiling.

Beautiful color!

We chose this color for the dining room and it is really beautiful. The finish is stunning! I love that there's no scent too.
