I ordered 8 canvases with free express shipping for a family event. The express shipment took 2 full weeks and delivered 2 out of 8 canvases. I had only 1 tracking number, so it was confusing tracking your order online. Customer service is slow to respond, and once I submitted a complaint, suddenly, the rest of my order started movement. I was not compensated for any inconvenience, and the origin of the delivery was outside the US.
