Paint by Numbers surprise picture

Surprise picture was added on to my original order, but didnt even come in its own box. They just opened the box for my other painting and unceremoniously shoved the canvas and paints in there, so when I first opened the shipping package it looked like they didn't include it at all. It was only when I looked in the original box that I saw they had simply mixed the two painting sets together in the first box. Box was pretty beaten up, also. Sloppy and showed a lack of care for their products. I wont be trying them again.

I received the same surprise picture. And still haven’t received a replacement painting
