Excellent service and communication, the owner reached out and let me know it wasn't safe for the carrier to deliver them in this heat and arranged for them to be held at a UPS store near me instead for pickup. Responses were quick and they care about their animals clearly, all my rams arrived healthy, none of them were lethargic or restive
