My family LOVES the skirt steak - beautifully marbled, juicy, and completely delicious. We ordered the 2lb steak and it comfortably fed our family of 4 (with some left over for breakfast the next day). Doing the carnivore diet, the quality of meat we eat is very important - so we are extremely happy to have found Caroland Farms! We have given up buying beef at the grocery store!!
