Love it but...

I love this product for its ability to be out of the fridge once the cake is frosted and stands up to high temps. I am disappointed that I now have to buy a dozen if I want the 2lb cartons (which are better for me based on the number of cakes I make at one time). Also, the shipping to middle Florida has this year become quite high. I cannot always justify the purchase for one cake here and there.
