I LOVE THESE. I will say originally i hated them, but after i ordered the straps and downsized they really grew on me. I am a solid 9. 5 and ordered the 8. 5-9. 5 and they fit great, esp with the straps. My legs don't hurt, easy to clean. I originally had to have inserts, but now i don't even wear them. the grip does lose its grip but a wipe to clean them gets the grip right back. I've bought 6 more pairs and can't imagine another pair of shoes. For reference, i am an ICU nurse on my feet ALL DAY LONG (12-14 hour days), and my legs/feet no longer feel tired or sore after work (even after working 5 12 hour shifts back to back. My only request is to make the pink tie dye WITHOUT holes PLEASE
