The Calzuro insoles make all the difference for my shoes! Very very comfortable, especially as a healthcare worker who's on their feet all day. Would 100% recommend for any incoming healthcare workers (especially surgical residents!)

Love my calzuro clogs (def size up 1 size...I'm a 6.5 sneaker normally and read other comments to size up and the 7.5-8 fits perfect I think the exact size would have been too small tbh. But they're so light weight, easy to clean inserts are perfect...no complaints I'm sure I'll buy another pair before the year is up. I and a CST on my feet ALL day work a prn and travel so I want a travel pair as well but they have so far been a game changer on foot and leg pain as well as back pain.

These inserts are perfect for those long night shifts. They provide extra comfort and cushion. Would absolutely recommend.
