When I ordered the three pack, I thought I was buying three XL Men’s. I received one XL and then a women’s pair and a childs pair. I called Darn Tough and they sent me a return label and replaced those with two more XL Winter socks that were even more expensive at no extra charge, even though I made the mistake. This company always takes care of their customers. Best customer service every single time I needed them! I am a customer for life. The socks are also incredibly comfortable with a lifetime warranty!
