Lightweight Cotton Summer Puff Sleeve Dress

I ordered this dress but I was sent a different item. I attempted to resolve the issue using the contact email but the message was returned saying the email address does not exist. The final-sale policy does not address sending entirely different merchandise. I was sent a shirt not a dress. It doesnt even have the same number of buttons as shown in the picture on the website. I will be disputing with mg bank. Do not order anything from her. Shes just trying to dump old merchandise. I also bought a scrunchie in another order and it was the ugliest thing i’ve ever seen. I should have known better than to trust Charlotte again. Shame on me.
