Black Pepper Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Good pepper but it was not dry enough for me.

The quality of the product is good and it’s clearly well-made. I was personally hoping there wouldn’t be much of a fishy taste, but I could still notice it. That said, everyone’s taste buds are different. If you enjoy fish, I’d definitely recommend it. I’m just not much of a fish person, so it wasn’t for me—but that’s not a reflection on the company or the product itself. If you’re not into fish, you may want to skip this one

The shipping wasnt a problem and arrived as stated on their website. I got the peppered, honey shriracha and then the jerky strips. I like them but i coild not taste anything but the smokey flavor. It was very overwhing so if someone doesnt like the smokey glavor they may not like this. The texture was fantastic though and i did enjoy them. I wish the flavor was more in the meat though. The thicker pieces you could taste the flavor a little more, but much less than i was expecting. Still delicious.
