12 Inch Cast Iron Double-handled Griddle

Really nice griddle. Sturdy without being too heavy. Really love my cast iron, but none of my other cast iron is smooth like this one. Much easier to clean. Can go from stove top to on the grille, or even cook over a fire. Would definitely recommend the silicone holders. A “frying pan” handle option would be nice so you could move with one hand.

I have made biscuits and also stir fry chicken on my 12 inch Cast Iron Griddle. It cooks so evenly. I knew I would like it but I really love it.

I received my griddle and used it that very day! I placed two seasoned 2" pork chops on the griddle and in a 375° oven and they were cooked perfectly and tasted great!!!
