Lucid Dreams Beginners Tarot • Black Eclipse {EDITION 4}

I have had so many issues with this deck and customer support is completely useless about it at this point. they tried to act like I have incredibly high standards or something, the fact of the matter is this deck and guide book are LADEN with typos, and I've had two decks now with horrible printing- smudged letters, rubbed off words, cards that look like they got an extra painting of the gold so the words and details are thicker than any of the other cards, and inconsistency/issues with text alignment. I can safely say I have never once in my life had a deck with any of these issues. their customer support seems to think I don't even deserve a discount on my next purchase. they sent me a replacement deck with even more issues than the first when I initially complained (and was repeatedly told to send pictures of the cards) and are now demanding I mail both back if I want any sort of compensation. I'm disabled. I don't have the resources to mail it back.

This is a phenomenal starter deck. Not too thick that you can’t shuffle, beautiful, and very intuitive

This deck deserves 5 stars for the deck itself — it’s enigmatic and beautiful, and the keywords are helpful both upright and reversed. I’m only giving 4 stars overall because of shipping to Europe — specifically Germany, which is just not worth it. UPS hit me with surprise customs tariffs plus their own fee for handling customs, making the shipping cost more than the deck itself. It also took 8 business days (1.5 weeks) to arrive, instead of the stated 3–4 business days. I’ll definitely buy the white version of the Lucid Dreams deck next time I’m in the States, but I’ll never order it by mail overseas again.
