Gaya Seagrass Basket

I received the basket and it was very lopsided. In order to return, you need to request a return label via email which I did. It took them at least a week to respond to my first email and they requested pictures. I sent the pictures and it has been over two weeks and I have not received any correspondence from them. NOTHING! I have even sent followup emails and NOTHING! This is NOT a return policy. I am a bit taken back by how they conduct business. I didn't even want to give them one star but I couldn't submit without it. I don't know what bothers me most, the lopsided basket or their lack of desire to fix the problem!
