Caravan Electric Bike

I wanted to love this bike so much for my dog and I to drive around the neighborhood. I would say we’ve had several hurdles, the first was finding a local Bike Shop that was willing to put the bike together. Secondly, once the Bike Shop did confirm and receive the bike it took over two times the allotted amount to put it together as the instructions were not clear. Once I received the bike, there were defects such as the front cargo area not being entirely straight or in line with the bike. And then it’s not a smooth of a ride as myself or passengers would like, it feels very unstable once you go past anything at a turtle’s pace. For the price point, the instability in the bike is not what I was hoping for and because of this, I would not recommend.

Fabulous bike for the family!

Now we can include our special needs child on family bike rides! The power assist is extremely helpful here in Texas as we can keep up with the older kids without overheating in the humidity! Thank you for this wonderful bike!! Our local bike shop did a great job building it and delivering it!! We LOVE it!!!!

Could not find a manual with battery installation

Need to hire tech document person to write a manual. Searched on line and nothing shown for battery install/removal. Only thing on line is a manual that is very primitive. Also experienced assembler indicated assembly instructions are very poorly written Video is just as bad as assembly instructions.
