I lost one of the side shields for my pair of Cameo Sunglasses. I emailed customer service and even though Julbo doesn’t have a large staff, I received a quick response. They checked when I purchased the order, verified the sunglasses name and forwarded a link to the parts I needed. I placed the order and received the package in about a week. I’ve worn Julbo’s for years. I have sensitive eyes and the lens quality is outstanding and I think the shields are helpful. The shields lock-in and are durable. The loss of one shield was my fault, not the manufacturer. Julbo is a good company that provides quality products and has a team centered on customer needs.

Great sunglasses!

I love these sunglasses! After many years of buying cheapies and throwing them away when scratched, I decided to buy Julbo Caminos with Spectra lenses. The frames fit great, and I love the glare reduction of the Spectra lenses. It's also nice that the lenses are replaceable when scratches accumulate. Very satisfied!
