Dolphin Escape - Open Box

The robot works perfectly and was packaged well. The only issue is it was supposed to come with nano filters, and they weren't included. Customer service has been slow to respond and not very thorough.

This review is in regard to purchasing from Poolbots. I purchased this vacuum because I have a very busy summer. Lots of travel for work, and several life events happening specifically for this past summer. I knew the pool cleaning was going to get away from me, and debated even putting one up. So I decided to get a robotic vacuum, to which, I watched several reviews on. Many were from Poolbots, who encouraged me to buy open box. I figured the savings was worth it, and I try to be eco friendly and buy used when I can. Upon taking the vacuum out of the box, everything seemed to work, but I could not get the vacuum to move at all. I was back and forth with Poolbots and Maotronics trying to get to the problem. They told me it was covered under warranty, but I had to pay to ship it back. It cost me $70 to ship it back and they put a new motor in it. I'm not sure how this was missed. At this price point, I was quite disappointed. I would recommend buying new.

Used it twice works great did a great job cleaning the bottom of the pool would recommend
