Terrible customer service

Purses came with a few flaws. No big deal. It happens. Contacted CS and OMG- it took forever to get responses etc. So I ended up refusing the package and disputing the charge. Nearly 3 weeks and just heard from them yesterday wanting to send me a call tag. Never buying from Myra again.
