The Bear Starter | Classic White Sourdough

Wow, this stuff is amazingly potent. I fed it twice and made my first loaf on the third feeding. Hipegully it will get a bit more sour as it ages, but it’s pretty darn great right out of the gate!

Very expensive and I felt the product was not what I expected.
