Works great, when it works..

Great design, vey compact. Great for travel. But you have to make sure it is actually working. Sometimes when plugged in, the device is not actually charging. Though you just have to remove the car and replug it in, it is a little inconvenient to have to check.

Does a great job but...

We are very happy with it, but what was not clear from the description is that it must be plugged directly into an outlet to work; it will not work when plugged into your computer. This is a bit of a problem especially when in conference rooms, or in transport, where outlets are not nearby, but mostly works just fine.

Charger got very hot when charging

The charger will make the phone become really hot during the charge and there’s some current sound appearing which is quite concerning.
