Professionally done, personable, with exceptional service

I needed a rush order shipped to my hotel for a short-notice client meeting. I ordered late afternoon on a Tuesday, the cookies were waiting for me at the hotel concierge the following Monday. The cookies looked professional, added a personalized element,... and were unexpectedly very tasty! Highly recommend!

Not great customer service, but good tasting cookies

This is the second time we've ordered these for our annual corporate awards dinner. Last year, they were deliciois for cookies bought in bulk, but MANY of them were broken. I had zero help with getting a refund on any last year, which was very offputting. We decided to give them a second chance because the guests did like the way they tasted, and I have to say their packaging improved by leaps and bounds. Much more appropriately packed with care, not a single cookie was broken. Although I feel they dont have the safety net of helpful customer service, this time our order was great and hopefully it continues that way.
