Cookies Turned Out Great and Arrived on Time

Cookies with my parents' wedding photo on them turned out great. They also arrived on time. Additionally I got a phone call from a real person (!) after I placed my order because of an error I made in the ordering process. A representative called to ask me for clarification, which I really appreciated. I ended up giving all of the cookies out to guests at the party so unfortunately didn't get to try one myself but the reports I got were that they tasted good. I would definitely recommend Incredible Cookies!

Best customer service ever

Called about shipping and they offered next day and true to their word, shipped on time and saved the day. Packed beautifully ad one 1 in 80 broke. So happy with the quality that I will be ordering from them again and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making my surprise possible and such a big hit at the party.

These cookies are terrible. Extremely hard to bite into zero frosting. Will never order from here again.
