Overall I’d say it a good bad and is better than the army issed m9 aidbag for 68w. The only problem with it is the straps which have basically no padding and sit so high on the bag especially with the bottom pouch causing it to sit low on your back thus you feel the weight of it on your shoulders a lot more than if they werent that way Edit 2 months later: i bought some shoulder pads and ut made a big difference

Great aid bag

Its a great aid bag, plenty of space, storage. Its compact but has good organization. The only thing I have to gripe about is the shoulder straps. They could have just a little bit of padding, and the pockets on the inside flap are big but id appreciate a smaller pocket to put alchohol wipes or something. But thats just nit picking. Its a great bag, I havent found one to fit my needs like this one. Durable and great looking. Outstanding work
