I was very skeptical about buying a giant tub of buttercream I had never tried before. I am a home baker, and I really needed a high quality buttercream that is ready to go as I am a one woman show. This arrived pretty quick, and it is delicious. Not too sweet at all. I like to put it in my mixer and fluff it up a bit before I use it. I’m really happy with my purchase.
