MAGNI Advance Review
I’m about to finish week four, but I am really enjoying the program and different exercises along with it. The program is challenging and keeps you from being bored with the changing METCONs. Solid program, have been recommending to my friends.

I’m a few weeks in and it’s pretty good. It’s basic, but not intricate and is easy to do before shift. I’d recommend it.
