Great program
Will for sure get you into shape weather coming straight off of the couch or you’ve been training and need a change of pace it gets the job done for sure. Plenty of great feed back from the guys at hunt lift eat if you have any questions as well!

Workout For Us “Old” Guys
I’m 57 years old and have been training for the majority of those years. I’ve tried numerous programs and used trainers. I’ve had some great programs that I still use, and still utilize a trainer every year.
With that being said I believe the HLE program I purchased is the most complete for strength, conditioning and preparing you for the mountains. There are a few things I modified to work around injuries and to combine with my running training program.
My only suggestion would be an explanation of some of the workouts or even better a video to show the exercises.
I will be purchasing more workouts in the future.
